Two very well reputed property companies – Ikano Kontor and Wihlborgs Fastigheter AB – own and rent out premises at Ideon Science Park. Ikano owns and manages the buildings Ideon Agora, Alfa 5-7, Gamma and Delta. Wihlborgs owns and manages all the Beta buildings and Alfa 1-2.

Ideon Center
The subsidiary Ideon Center runs and develops Ideon Science Park, covering everything from provision of a unique environment with effective networks through to an infrastructure and services that meet high quality standards. 
It is the task of Ideon Center to develop Ideon Science Park by attracting newly started as well as established, growth-oriented research and development companies. 

Ideon Center markets Ideon Science Park and is responsible for safeguarding and developing the Ideon brand. We highlight the different companies individually as well as Ideon Science Park as a whole, and we work actively with, for instance, media contacts and study visits. 

Ideon Business
Ideon Business is one part of the range of services that Ideon companies are offered. Here we have gathered all the expertise an Ideon company needs in order to do more, better business!
